No. The 2-3 day shipping only applies to orders made in the United States. For international orders, we provide FREE 6-12 day shipping.

From time to we do offer promotional discounts which will be emailed to all current customers. If you aren't already please make sure that you sign up to our mailing list so that you'll receive any promotional offers or discount available. Please be advised, most discount codes are on time use only.

You can only cancel your order within the first 20 minutes of placing it. Why only 20 minutes? Our warehouse is Semi-automated. Once we receive an order, it gets automatically sent for fulfillment. The system has a 20 minute grace period from the time the order is received to the time the system instructs our team to ship your item. After the 20 minute grace period, it submits the order for fulfillment.

At this point, we can still cancel it (assuming we haven't shipped it yet). Our team ships the packages within hours of receiving the fulfillment request but sometimes they can ship items within minutes of receiving it. If your order is shipped already then it's not possible to cancel it.

Unfortunately, we do not. All orders placed on holidays will be shipped the next business day. If you want to guarantee your order's delivery before a holiday (such as Christmas) then we recommend that you place your order at least 2 weeks in advance. During the holiday season postal services such as DHL, FedEx, etc... tend to take longer due to the amount of packages they have to ship.

If you are an international customer and you and haven't received your most likely is due to your local postal service. We ship items using DHL, once DHL delivers the package to your country, your local postal services then delivers the package the rest of the way.

To find out where your package is currently you'll have to contact your local postal service and provide them with the DHL tracking number. They'll be able to further assist you with the whereabouts of your package.
