You have 14-Days to try any product listed on our website. You must notify us within a 14-Day period starting from the day you received your order.
For international orders, you have 14-Days from the date that the product has entered your country.
Note: We do NOT accept return on batteries.
Refunds (if applicable)
- You must first contact us and provide us with a reason for the refund (this is just to improve our product & services).
- Make sure that you provide an order number when contacting support for a refund.
- We will then proceed to email you back with an RMA number, this number must be written on the outside of the shipping box.
- You MUST include all items included with your order for refunds to be processed.
- Once you've shipped the product back to us, make sure you contact support and provide us with the tracking number. This will speed up the refund process.
Please Note: When returning items, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
Once we've received and inspected your return items, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and proceed to process the refund. Refunds can take 1-3 business days.
Chargebacks filled with your bank will NOT be tolerated!
We use an e-commerce platform which works directly with banks both domestic and international. If you file a chargeback with your bank, your bank will contact us and allow us 75 days to prove if your chargeback is legitimate or not.
Once we provide your bank with evidence that the transaction you made was indeed legitimate and that the chargeback is fraudulent, your bank will then reverse the chargeback as well as charge you additional fees for filing a fraudulent chargeback.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
