Refunds & Returns Policy
You have 30-Days to try any product listed on our website. You must notify us within a 30-Day period starting from the day when you placed your order.
For international orders, you have 30-Days from the date that the product has entered your country.
Criteria For Return
In order to be eligible for a refund all items must be received in the same condition the items were sent. You must have the original packaging for all items.
Refunds (if applicable)
- You must first contact us and provide us with a reason for the refund (this is just to improve our product & services).
- Make sure that you provide an order number when contacting support for a refund.
- We will then proceed to email you back with an RMA number, this number must be written on the outside of the shipping box.
- You MUST include all items included with your order for refunds to be processed.
- Once you've shipped the product back to us, make sure you contact support and provide us with the tracking number. This will speed up the refund process.
Please Note: When returning items, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
Once we've received and inspected your return items, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and proceed to process the refund.
Processing Time: 3-5 business days.
Refund Turnaround Time: between 1-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
